1. Who we are

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. By confirming your age you tell us that you are 18 or older.

3. A social casino with no real money

The games are for entertainment only and use virtual coins.
Coins are free. They can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, prizes, goods, services or cryptocurrency, and they have no value outside the site.
There are no in-app purchases and no prizes of real-world value.
Practice or success at these games does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.

4. Your profile and coins

Your nickname and coin balance are stored only in your browser. If you clear your browser data, use a different browser or device, or sign out, your profile and balance are gone and we can't restore them. We may change the starting balance, top-up rules or games at any time.

Choose a nickname that isn't offensive, misleading or someone else's name or trademark.

5. Fair use

Please don't interfere with the site, try to break or overload it, copy it wholesale, or use it for anything unlawful. Changing your own coin balance in your browser only affects your own copy and has no value.

6. Game results

Results are random and calculated in your browser. The rules and payouts for each game are shown on its page. If something goes wrong in a game, for example the page reloads mid-spin, the round may be lost; as coins have no value, no compensation applies.

7. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, artwork and code belong to 123 Racing unless stated otherwise. The fonts are used under their open licences.

8. Availability and liability

We provide the site as it is, free of charge, and may change, pause or close it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from using or not being able to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
